Its major innovation is the draggable toolbars, but otherwise while it's good, it's probably not enough to make you change your browser. Visually, you can choose from a range of styles that change 'on the fly', without restarting, although we must point out that all the styles are very similar! Despite that, it has a clean and attractive design. While older versions didn't render video well, version 3.0 does so perfectly, making at excellent alternative to Firefox et al. The browser itself is fast, and works just as well as any of the other major browsers. This means you can have a really clean browser window, while maintaining the functions you need in a toolbar. You can drag them around, dock them on any edge of the browser, or even keep them outside the browser window, on your desktop.
